Eric T. Anklin, OD
An Optometrist and native of Tecumseh, MI, Dr. Anklin has been providing eye exams for eyeglasses and contact lenses in the Tecumseh, Adrian and Brooklyn, Michigan areas for over 20 years. He did his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University as a student of the Lyman Briggs and the Honors Colleges. He received his graduate degree from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1995. After graduate school he completed a residency in Hospital Based Optometry through the University of Ohio and Cleveland VAMC. As a residency trained optometrist he received advanced training in diagnosing and treating eye diseases such as Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration. He is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO) in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Diseases (TMOD).
Tina has been an optician and working alongside Dr. Anklin since 2002. She enjoys assisting patients with questions, working behind the scenes to make sure everything is processed quickly and smoothly, in addition to helping patients pick out the perfect eyewear. Tina makes sure everyone in the office stays up to date on the latest in spectacle and lens technology so our patients get the eyeglasses that best meet their needs. Married to her husband Steve for 22 years, she enjoys spending time with her two children who are active in softball, baseball, volleyball and basketball.
Brandi has over five years experience as an optician and joined Dr. Anklin in 2015. She has experience in optical troubleshooting, frame adjustments, and patient pre-testing. She specializes in frame styling and especially enjoys using her artistic flair helping patients select the most fashionable and up-to-date styles.
Kelli is a Medical Assistant who started at the U of M in 2007, working in the Fertility and Reproductive Clinic and Transplant Department. As an optician she has experience in the optical lab, pretesting and dispensary. She enjoys spending time with patients helping them select the perfect frame and lens options to enhance their lifestyle and visual comfort. A Tecumseh resident since 1998 she enjoys gardening spending time with her four children, crocheting, and stained glass.
